Corbin, I ran for Congress in CA District 1 in the last cycle, challenging the Republican incumbent in a deep red MAGA district with a campaign that centered on universal healthcare, workers' rights, and fighting billionaire control of our politics and economy. With Prop 50 passing in California, my county has now been redistricted with a Democrat incumbent who had voted for the Israel Supplemental Appropriations bill together with the MAGA Republican incumbent in my current district. Further, this Dem rep does not advocate for universal healthcare. I have been asked to primary him. It would be an enormous boost to candidates like myself to have your help as well as those of independent media by highlighting our campaigns and letting Americans know that there are candidates like Mamdani in all corners of America who are stepping up to represent the broad swath of Americans and fight for their interests. My campaign website is https://roseforcongress.com. Thank you!

Ideas and forward thinking brought us America. We have stagnated and are walking backwards. We need new ideas and forward thinking to lead us out of this mess. All in with Corbin. It's past time.

Corbin Trent, thank you very much. I’ve copied this to my 35 friends in the Guilford, CT Peace Vigil. We meet on our green every Saturday from 11 to 12. Thank you for pointing out our failure to follow up on AOC’s victory, and the lesson for Mamdani’s. True, all.

This is the comment I added in sharing this on all my social medias and friends:

"Winning is only the beginning. Corbin Trent explains what stalled AOC after she was elected and how others can avoid that establishment trap of being contained by big money."

This is the article I've been dying to read.

I'm on board. Everyone should be.

Thanks for your optimistic suggestions for change that will benefit people like me and my family. I am optimistic that enough of us want to dump this oligarchic system that has developed and to replace it with a true democracy.

Corbin, you are a prophet for our times. Your political wisdom is so valuable, and hard won through political engagement, disillusionment, and yet continued engagement. We are all lucky you didn't walk away from the disappointments of Bernie and AOC's smothered revolutionary potential; but rather learned from them, analyzed them, and marched on. I love everything you're saying and want today's revolutionary political actors to be engaging with your sophisticated understanding of how we need to meet this moment.

100% as usual, Corbin! And, if the transition team Mamdani is building says anything, it’s that he’s on it! He’s created the blueprint other sincere fighters can follow to restore a party that has been sick for fifty years. I love your 🧠!

Thank you, Corbin, for challenging the Democratic powers that be, those that give lip service to the ideals that once gave the party their mojo!

Thanks, Corbin! You, as always, speak my mind, and speak plainly to our condition. Your call to action is exactly what Obama failed to do. Just as unlikely as it was for a young Black man to win the presidency, so too a young Muslim, anti-Zionist democratic socialist becoming mayor of the hostile Politicians from Wall Streets' city. Looking forward to your proposed prescription.

I think you are 100% correct in your assessment. When folks like Mamdani with fresh ideas and energy get elected, their team’s response to the Democratic establishment can’t be, “Gee, thanks so much for letting us in.”. It has to be, “Ok. Now you have proof of your need to change and we’re going to make sure you do.”

Dems should now show they can all support & operate under a big tent. Our states, cities & towns are all different with unique needs. Work together & explore new ways to address these! Time to put away the egos & come to grip on how best to serve the people.

A thousand times yes. I just filled out the volunteer form.

Just this morning, I was thinking: "Mamdani had over 100,000 volunteer!. What will those people do now?" This provides a path forward. Can't wait to see the fleshed out proposals. I'm in! Thank you.
